Any individual working within stroke services in Worcestershire and Herefordshire. These services stretch across healthcare, social care and the voluntary sector

This framework offers training, education and resources for any individual working within stroke services The aim is to build on your current knowledge of local stroke services in Worcestershire and Herefordshire. Included in this space, you will find locally produced educational videos and written documents which provide oversight and a summary of the following areas:
- Acute stroke services
- In-patient stroke rehabilitation
- Community stroke services
- Life after Stroke services
This educational resource aims to increase individuals’ knowledge of the stroke pathway which in turn should lead to improved communication with patients/families, a seamless transfer of care between settings and enhance patient experience.
Each video on the right-hand side is approximately 25 minutes long
Everything does not need to be completed at once
These resources can be accessed at any time to fit around work schedules
Please be advised that service changes for each area will be updated regularly.
If there is a service change, a notification will be sent to those registered for the learning framework
Individuals are registered for the learning framework and can also be deregistered if this framework no longer applies to them
It is strongly encouraged that you update your knowledge on each area every two years
