About the Role

About the Role

The post holder will provide expert professional advice and assurance to the Director of Estates & Facilities, senior leaders and the Trust Board, supporting the delivery of a safe environment for patients, staff and visitors. You will lead on the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the Trusts Fire Safety Management System, ensuring robust governance, risk management and statutory compliance.
Working closely with Estates, Capital Planning, Health & Safety, Emergency Planning teams and external enforcing authorities, you will oversee fire risk assessments, fire safety training programmes, audits and investigations, and provide specialist input into new developments and service changes. You will also play a key role in staff engagement, training delivery and influencing best practice across the organisation.

About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Medical Education Department as a Medical Education Assistant.
We are seeking to recruit a Medical Education Assistant. This is a full-time Countywide post covering both the Worcester and Alexandra Hospital, so the post holder must be able to travel between Sites occasionally. The main Site base will be Worcester Royal Hospital.
The successful applicant will be an experienced administrator and possess excellent organisational, IT and communication skills. The post requires the ability to prioritize work effectively and to produce accurate and timely work. The Medical Education team is a friendly and supportive team working across the Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust, on the Worcestershire Royal and Alexandra sites.
Occasional flexibility around start/finish times will be required.
