ICS Facilitator Training Opportunity

Do you work in a leadership or a development focused role within a health or social care related organisation in Herefordshire & Worcestershire ICS?

Are you interested in becoming a facilitator to support team, service and system development?

Would you like the opportunity to support development in and across a range of health and social care organisations across Herefordshire and Worcestershire?

·       As part of the increased partnership and system working across health and social care in Herefordshire and Worcestershire, we are looking to continue to develop a pool of trained facilitators

·       Funding is available to train a cohort of 16 people

·       This opportunity is open to individuals working in any part of the health and social care system in Herefordshire and Worcestershire (including social care, local authorities, NHS Trusts, ICB, GP & primary care settings, voluntary, community & social enterprise sector, care homes, hospices etc).  This programme will have a system focus and successful candidates will be expected to commit to facilitating three development sessions per year for different organisations.

·       The programme will be delivered face to face over two one day workshops, on the 16th and 17th June 2026 plus a virtual briefing around the system role on the 22nd June 2026 10 to 11 am

Interested and like to find out more or apply?

·       Further details about the programme, key expectations and commitments can be found here: Course: ICS Facilitator Skills Training Opportunity
