Assessors and Supervisors Training

  • The University of Worcester offers practice supervisor and practice assessor training.

Practice Supervisors and Practice Assessors are registered health professionals working in a practice environment who have experience of working with and supporting pre registration Nursing/Nursing Associate students.

Practice Supervisors support student learning and achievement. Practice Assessors assess and confirm the student’s achievement of proficiencies and programme outcomes for a practice learning placement. The Practice Assessor will also work in partnership with the nominated Academic Assessor to make a recommendation for student progression.
