ICS Mentoring Skills Programme


  • We are delighted to be able to offer our first ICS Mentoring Skills Programme to provide mentors and future mentors in Herefordshire and Worcestershire ICS with the skills and knowledge to mentor effectively & confidently.  This programme is open to colleagues working in any part of our Integrated Care System (Social care, VCSE sector, NHS Trusts, care homes, local authorities, ICB, hospices, university etc). 


    • 19th Jan 2026 (9.00-12.30) AND 30th Jan 2026 (9.00-12.30) – NB Both dates to be attended

      Learning outcomes:

      • Understand what mentoring is and how it differs to coaching, line management etc
      • Develop key mentoring skills to support & guide your mentees effectively and confidently
      • Be able to apply & practice a range of different mentoring tools and models

      Please note - By completing this funded training opportunity, you will be expected to join and become an active mentor on the ICS Coaching & Mentoring Hub, and actively offer mentoring to colleagues within Herefordshire & Worcestershire Integrated Care System – including potentially beyond your own organisation/sector.


      • Please note both sessions must be booked and attended as this is a two half day programme.
