What is QSIR?

QSIR (Quality, Service Improvement and Redesign) is an improvement approach that supports teams to develop the skills and tools needed to deliver effective, sustainable change across health and care services.
It brings together proven improvement tools, structured learning and reflective practice, and is nationally recognised for strengthening improvement capability across the system.
All of our Improvement training uses the QSIR approach and is open to anyone working in Health and Care across Herefordshire and Worcestershire, regardless of organisation, role or banding. Training is delivered by Wye Valley NHS Trust and Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care Trust.
