System Leader Connect

• Following the success of our initial cohort, we are delighted to be launching a second cohort of our exciting programme and community - System Leader Connect - to bring together senior leaders from across partner organisations and sectors in Herefordshire and Worcestershire Integrated Care System and to provide opportunities to learn, grow and make a difference for our local population together.  Come and join us!

 

• The programme is aimed at senior leaders in all parts of the health and care system in Herefordshire and Worcestershire (including social care, local authorities, NHS Trusts, ICB (including Coventry & Warwickshire ICB colleagues), public health, university, GP & primary care settings, voluntary, community & social enterprise sector, care homes, hospices etc). We anticipate it will be of particular value to senior leaders involved with Neighbourhood Health programmes of work.

 

• Successful applicants will complete a two-day face-to-face induction programme comprising powerful insights from leading, nationally recognised thinkers on system working and system leadership in a health and care related context

 

• On completion of this induction, you will join our wider System Leader Connect community for Herefordshire and Worcestershire – joining colleagues from earlier cohorts – and opening up access to an ongoing programme of face-to-face workshops and conversations on ‘hot topics’, networking, and potential opportunities for shadowing, action learning and projects across the ICS.  You will help to shape this ongoing programme offer - to focus on priority areas for you and for Herefordshire and Worcestershire ICS.
